They have a power system that can handle high traffic and a back-up battery for when loadshedding and other circumstances come your way. ET Drive 1000
The second gate motor option we have is the ET Drive 1000. This is usually advised for heavier gates which can weigh up to 1000 kg. Centurion D10 Turbo Sliding Motor
The other Centurion sliding gate motor is the D10 Turbo. These motors can handle gates weighing up to 1000kg and can move them at a speed of 40-50m/min. It is important to highlight that the motors have a battery backup system rather than electrical. This means that the source of power won’t switch when loadshedding hits but will always rely on the battery.
